Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is One Himalaya Ltd trading as Latitude 55 Escapes, 1–2, 61 Leyland Road, Ballycastle, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT54 6EZ ("Latitude 55 Escapes", "we", "us" or "the Promoter").

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 12.30pm on Saturday 03 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on Sunday 18 October 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of One Himalaya Ltd / Latitude 55 Escapes, their immediate family members, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility and age.

4. How to enter

To enter on Facebook, participants must:

• Like the promotional Facebook post;
• Follow the Latitude 55 Escapes Facebook page; and
• Comment on the promotional post stating where they would like to visit for a Christmas-market trip, who they would take with them and why.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

If a participant submits more than one comment or entry, only their first valid entry will be counted.

Sharing the promotional post is appreciated but is not a condition of entry and does not provide an additional entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prizes

There are three prizes:

First Prize — 01 Christmas Market Escape for Two

One winner will receive a Christmas Market Escape package for two people travelling together on the same date, consisting of:

• Return economy flights departing from Belfast including one small under-seat carry on bag per person; and
• 02 nights accommodation for two people, sharing 01 twin or double room.

The winner may choose one destination from a selection of Christmas-market destinations offered by Latitude 55 Escapes.

The total value of the first prize will not exceed £750.

The destination, flights, accommodation and travel dates are subject to availability and will be arranged by Latitude 55 Escapes.

The prize must be booked through Latitude 55 Escapes and travel must take place during the 2026 Christmas-market season and no later than 21 December 2026.

If the winner's preferred destination or dates are unavailable, Latitude 55 Escapes will work with the winner to identify an alternative destination and/or dates from the available options within the maximum prize value.

The first prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, meals unless specifically stated, airport transfers unless specifically stated, additional baggage or other personal expenses.

The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any visas or other travel documentation required for their chosen destination.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for the trip.

6. Second Prize

The second-prize winner will receive:

• One £100 Latitude 55 Escapes holiday voucher;
• One Christmas goodies hamper; and
• One bottle of bubbly.

The £100 voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The voucher may be used towards an eligible new holiday booking made through Latitude 55 Escapes.

The voucher may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been made.

The voucher is valid against bookings with a minimum value of £500.

The voucher cannot be combined with another Latitude 55 Escapes promotional voucher unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

The Christmas hamper and bottle of bubbly are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute these with items of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

The bottle of bubbly may only be awarded to a person aged 18 or over. An appropriate non-alcoholic alternative will be provided where required.

7. Third Prize

The third-prize winner will receive:

• One £100 Latitude 55 Escapes holiday voucher;  and
• One bottle of bubbly.

This is a separate £100 voucher from the £100 voucher awarded as part of the second prize.

The £100 voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The voucher may be used towards an eligible new holiday booking made through Latitude 55 Escapes.

The voucher may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been made.

The voucher is valid against bookings with a minimum value of £500.

The voucher cannot be combined with another Latitude 55 Escapes promotional voucher unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

The bottle of bubbly may only be awarded to a person aged 18 or over. An appropriate non-alcoholic alternative will be provided where required.

8. Winner selection

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Following the closing date, valid entries will be collated and assigned a unique sequential entry number.

The winners will be selected using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

The first randomly selected eligible entry will receive the first prize, the second randomly selected eligible entry will receive the second prize, and the third randomly selected eligible entry will receive the third prize.

The Promoter will retain evidence of the random selection process.

If a selected entry is subsequently found to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid eligible entries.

9. Contacting the winners

The winners will be contacted by private message via the Facebook account used to enter within 7 days of the closing date.

Each winner will have 7 days from the date of the first contact to respond.

If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid eligible entries.

The Promoter will not ask a winner to pay any fee in order to claim their prize.

10. Winner announcement

Subject to applicable privacy requirements, the Promoter may announce the winners using their first name and/or social-media username.

The Promoter may ask winners whether they are happy to provide a photograph or testimonial relating to their prize. This is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

11. Prize arrangements

The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, where reasonably necessary, with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

No prize will be withheld except where the selected participant has failed to comply with the published entry conditions or these Terms & Conditions.

12. Personal data

Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting winners and arranging the prizes, in accordance with the Latitude 55 Escapes Privacy Policy.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.

Participants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Latitude 55 Escapes.

13. Facebook

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, offensive or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all valid eligible entries are included in the draw.

The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.

The Promoter will not change these Terms & Conditions during the promotion except where this is necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control and permitted by applicable rules.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
